  1. Who the hell will lock the Ulock in the floor? Without the floor, this
stupid piece of equipment as nothing on a ULock. Bring the grinder…

  2. You didn’t apply enough force…If you applied enough force, one of the
following three things shoud happen: 1 The bolt cutter cut through the
U-lock or 2 The jaws of the bolt cutter got dented, or 3 the jaws of the
bolt cutter got bent and misaligned…Because none of those three things
happend on your attempt it means for sure that you didn’t applied enough
force! So that’s why is better to be fat!

  3. This happened to my bike too, the u lock wasn’t gutted but those basters
ruined the lock a bit and the knife my bike’s chair. I swear I would kick
their asses, if I were there at the moment

  4. Not exactly discreet, though. I could cut through the lock with a plasma
torch in a second, or the jaws of life, or C4, but that doesn’t mean I
could get away with it. A typical smash and grab thief usually uses a bolt
cutter that will fit under a coat and hides behind another guy to snap the
bike lock to avoid drawing attention. Thanks for showing us what these
different types of locks can take though. They don’t tell you what the
breaking point is on the package.

Bad product!! Like other reviewers have said, this lock works fine for awhile and then suddenly, the combination doesn’t unlock it, even though you know you’re using the correct numbers. Don’t waste your money on this!

After using this lock several times during the day, the lock suddenly changed it’s combination code. It wouldn’t unlock. I had to come back the next day with a bolt cutter to get my bike back. Terrible waste of time and money.

Somebody cut through this lock last night, looks like one snip with a bolt cutter. Do not buy this lock if you expect it to keep your bike from being stolen.
