  1. A close friend of mine got the ‘Pasadena’ model and the batteries failed
barely reaching a year of normal usage and is under warranty. Battery was
not replaced because the battery got deformed thus citing user fault. How
come? It was used normally and the charger is supposed to be automatic so
no overcharging. We found that there are also similar cases here in Cebu.
Batteries fail under a year of normal usage and all user’s fault?
